Moroccan officers are in Spain to receive an intensive “Emergencies” training course from Spanish Military Emergencies Unit (Unidad Militar de Emergencias or UME in Spanish). The course includes technical trainging in emergency situations like forest fires, floods, spill-overs, earthquakes, land slides, storms and other adverse weather conditions. From March 24 and for three weeks, live manoeuvres will be conducted with a wide variety of dynamic and demanding exercises.
